Delivery Time   

Orders within South Africa are delivered in 4 to 8 working days.

Tracking   

You will receive a tracking code via email once your order is shipped. If your tracking information is not updated within 5 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Orders     

If you receive an incorrect order, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be made once processing begins.

Shipping Schedule   

We ship on business days only. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages  

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Report issues directly to the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy   

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order is placed.
